Prof. Yang is mainly interested in the structural and functional studies on sever disease-related proteins, and also covering small molecule screening and structure-based designing of specific inhibitors for these proteins.Recently we have obtained some achievements in understanding proteins that involved in membrane transduction signaling and material transportation, and protein ubiquitination pathways.
