About the speaker:
Meng Xiangqing is an expert on international strategies and national security strategies. He is now Deputy Director of the Institute for Strategic Studies of the National Defense University, supervisor for postgraduate students, and member of the foreign affairs experts advisory group for the People's Liberation Army.
As a graduate of Department of Political Science, Renmin University of China, Meng used to conduct academic exchanges with Harvard University.
