Candidates need to possess an internationally recognized doctoral degree with outstanding academic achievement, comply with standard academic procedures, and generally less than 40 years old. Those who received a doctoral degree from one of the top-100 universities in the world with non-Chinese nationality or from overseas, may apply for the “Postdoctoral International Cooperation Introduction Plan” and receive a RMB ¥300,000 annual allowance for up to two years.
